Next generation ADAT conversion

Optx v2 is a pro-quality ADAT lightpipe converter for eurorack modular synthesizers. The DC-coupled module can encode and decode audio signals with extremely low noise, and CV signals with near-zero offset. Additionally, on-board sample clock allows for one-way ADAT output and the ability to be used standalone to interconnect eurorack systems.

ADAT Encoding & Decoding

Many computer audio interfaces are equipped with one or more pairs of ADAT expansion ports allowing for additional input and output channels. Optx v2 takes full advantage of these often unused ports, providing multi-channel connections directly to and from eurorack systems.

The module accepts any 8-channel ADAT encoded digital signal at the Rx TOSLINK jack (via lightpipe optical cable) and converts it into 8 discrete analog signals. Conversely, Optx v2 accepts 8 discrete analog signals and converts them into an 8-channel ADAT encoded digital signal available at the Tx jack.

When used in conjunction with software such as Bitwig Studio or Ableton CV Tools, Optx v2 is an excellent interface not just for audio, but also control voltages like 1V/oct pitch and gate signals, or LFOs, ADSRs and other modulators.

Precision and Performance

Optx v2 has been fitted with high-performance op amp input buffers and professional-grade Cirrus Logic analog-to-digital converters with extremely low noise and distortion, maximum dynamic range, and excellent overall detail. The inputs and outputs have very precise level scaling with a range of 20 Vpp (±10 V). Thus a typical eurorack audio signal of 10 Vpp will translate to exactly -6 dBFS, while maintaining an equal amount of headroom.

The module’s high-quality analog outputs, OUT 1-8, are DC-coupled and support both audio and CV (control voltage) signals at all times.

The module’s analog inputs, IN 1-8, also accept both audio and CV signals. To ensure the best possible quality and precision, each pair of inputs has a front-panel switch that selects the conversion mode appropriate for each of these two signal types.

In AUDIO mode, the selected input pair is AC-coupled by enabling high-pass filters within the ADC. This guarantees that the audio signals are converted with no DC offset and the best possible signal-to-noise ratio.

In CV mode, the selected input pair is DC-coupled, and CV signals are converted with accuracy and precision. When switched into CV mode, the input pair undergoes a self-calibration period of 5 seconds to detect and then actively correct any inherent DC offset.

Note: For critical CV input signals such as 1V/oct pitch, re-calibrating after warm-up (25 minutes) can yield even better accuracy.

On-board Sample Clock

Sample clock synchronization is essential for high-quality digital conversion that is accurate and free from jitter. Like its predecessor, Optx v2 can either sync to an external sample clock via ADAT input, or produce its own stable clock so that other devices can instead sync to the module.

There are two settings for sample clock sync selectable using dip switches on the back of the module. The first switch, SYNC, selects whether Optx v2 syncs to an external sample clock (EXT) or to its own (INT). The second switch, RATE, determines the sample rate of the on-board sample clock (44.1 or 48 kHz).

For a typical two-way ADAT connection with an audio interface, it is recommended to sync Optx v2 to the external clock of the interface by setting the SYNC switch to EXT. This requires a valid ADAT signal at the Tx jack, and is acknowledged by the BLUE LED labled EXT SYNC.

If the audio interface does not have an ADAT output port, Optx v2 can provide sample clock to the interface by setting the SYNC switch to INT and choosing the desired sample rate with the RATE switch.

It is also possible to directly interconnect two Optx modules (v1 or v2). This is similar to the two-way connection with an audio interface. In this case, one Optx must be set to internal sample clock sync (INT) and the other to external sync (EXT).

Note: For users of Push 3, the simplest configuration is to set Optx v2 to EXT and ensure Push 3 is set to Internal sample clock sync of either 44.1 or 48 kHz. The blue LED should illuminate indicating proper sync.

Signal LEDs

Optx v2 also provides visual signal indication of the 8 decoded ADAT channels feeding the OUT 1-8 jacks. Each pair of WHITE LEDs indicates the polarity (-Ve left, +Ve right) and relative strength of the signal (±10 V).

Audio-rate signals will generally light both LEDs continuously, whereas LFOs will alternate more apparently between the two. Gates, triggers and positive-going envelopes will generally light only the right LED (+Ve).

+5 V Power Source

Some of the circuitry within Optx v2 requires a +5 V power source. This source can be selected using a jumper on the back of the module. When set to OPTX, the module will create +5 V from the +12 V power rail. When set to CASE, the module will use +5 V supplied by the PSU in the case.

CV/GATE/MOD & AUDIO RETURNS – Use CV capable software such as Bitwig Studio or Ableton CV tools to send pitch, gate, and modulation signals to Optx outputs. Patch them respectively into a 1V/oct oscillator, envelope gate input, and filter cutoff control. Then patch the audio signal(s) back to the Optx inputs to mix within the DAW software. Instrument tracks can then contain both the sequence data and audio returns for simple and powerful integration with your eurorack synth.

NOTE: 1V/oct signals will require calibration within the software.

DRUM TRIGGERS & AUDIO RETURNS – Using a drum rack in one of the aforementioned CV capable softwares, send up to 8 drum triggers to Optx outputs. Patch them into trigger inputs of drum modules, envelopes, etc. Now patch their respective audio signals back to Optx inputs to mix and process within the DAW.

NOTE: Some drum modules are responsive to varying trigger voltage. If the trigger CV output level is modulated using velocity/etc in the software, then Optx will dynamically produce trigger voltages based on velocity!

QUAD SAMPLE-AND-HOLD/POLYPHONIC ADAPTOR MODEL 264t

Four independent sample-and-hold circuits, plus a specialized logic circuit for expediently implementing polyphonic patches.

Sample-and-hold’s are essentially one-cell analog memories. They are useful for “remembering” the instantaneous value of a control voltage (a detected envelope, for example), for generating equally spaced steps from a constant slope input (as from a 281t envelope generator), and for converting any continuously changing voltage (a random voltage, for instance) into a series of discrete values.

The 264’s sample-and-hold circuits have two operating modes: sample and track. In the sample mode, the value of the input is sampled and applied to the output whenever a pulse is received. The output remains at this value until the next pulse arrives. The track mode differs in that an input is applied to the output for the duration of the pulse. The output tracks the input until the end of the pulse and remains at a constant value until the next pulse.

To use the 264t as four independent channels set the separate/common switch to separate. A single CV can be set to all four channels by setting the operate/common to common and plug CV in the the back jack on the with right side.

The Model 264t includes a polyphonic adaptor, which performs the logic necessary to implement four-voice polyphony. Facilities are incorporated for fine tuning and f.m. modulating the oscillators; light emitters display the adaptor’s operation.

ART Quantizer The four voltage control outputs are internally routed to a quad-channel quantizer with four ART outputs for use with ART-equipped oscillators, such as the 259t Complex Oscillator. A 12-stage switch selects the key, while the knob above chooses the scale: Minor (m), Chromatic (ch), or Major (M).

First step: Oscillator Calibration (Quick Start) A push switch sends either Auto-Tune or Initial Tuning command via the ART outputs to the oscillators. Both functions are explained in detail in the 259t user manual, which also provides additional ART-related information worth knowing.

To quickly set up the 259t:

1 Connect any ART output to the 259t oscillators and set them to ART mode.

2 Let the oscillators warm up for a minimum of 30–40 minutes.

3 Hold down the 264t tuning switch—the 259t will begin Initial Tuning, calibrating each oscillator one at a time.

The LED will turn off, then start blinking as it tunes the first oscillator.

4 Once tuning is complete, the oscillators can play notes via ART.

Auto-Tune can be sent periodically to correct tuning if it sounds like the oscillates are out of tune. (Beware that the fine tune knobs on the 259t needs to be set fully CCW for the note center pitch) To send an Auto-Tune command short press the tuning switch on the 264t.

Playing Notes The ART Quantizer is tied to the Sample and Hold function. When a gate pulse is sent to the gate input, the control voltage is converted into a note value and sent via ART to the oscillator.

• The gate pulse length determines the note length at the oscillator.

• In Track and Hold mode, the 264t ART output follows changes in input voltage as long as the gate is high.

Input Range Jumper

A jumper on the back of the module adjusts the quantizer's CV range for ART.

• Default 10 (0–10V range): Works with standard Buchla signals but may exceed the 259t's 8-octave range.

This can be handy to mute notes when using the 245t sequencer.

• Scaled 5: Matches the 259t's 8-octave range.

Both settings have their advantages—experiment to find what works best for you.

Polyphonic Adapter

The polyphonic adapter can be patched creatively. Below, we demonstrate a basic patch of a two-voice polyphonic arpeggio. The 245t CV is plugged into the common CV input, with the switch set to "common." The 245t pulser output is triggering the adapter's voices jack, with the switch set to "2 voices." The pulse outputs of voice 1 and voice 2 are plugged into gate inputs 1 and 2 of the sample and hold channels. Controlling the oscillators pitch can be made from either the control voltage outputs or the ART outputs for quantized notes.

The Too Positive is a stereo overdrive pedal. By using 2 independent drive circuits, it is able to process stereo signals and allows different settings for each channel.
It can also be used as a two channel drive for mono signals, a splitter, or a summer due to its flexible signal routing capabilities.

The effect can range from colored boost up to a hot overdriven sound. The tone switch adds a mid scoop or high pass filter to give two distinct voicings to the drive. The effect is great for adding some dirt to guitar, synths and drum machines alike.

The footswitches can be set to act in a few different ways giving you maximum flexibility in how to use the effect. Both channels can be set to switch in sync or each channel can be toggled independently. The two channels can also be set such that the footswitches alternate which drive circuit is used, emulating a two channel setup on a mono signal.

Too Positive accepts 1/4″ TS and TRS plugs for input and output signals.

It requires a 9V DC power supply and consumes 80mA of current. Check out the manual and companion videos for more information on the pedal and its capabilities.

DUAL OSCILLATOR - MODEL 258t

Text from the Buchla 200 series catalogue from the 70's. Slight adjustments were made.

Two independent voltage-controlled oscillators. Each has one processing input, a frequency modulation input and a 1V/oct input. Waveshapes, as well as frequency, can be voltage controlled. Model 258 oscillators feature low sine wave harmonic content, negligible settling error, and high short and long-term stability, even with rapidly changing ambient temperatures.

TRIMMERS:

There are three trimmers for each oscillator on the back of the module:

1V/oct is the octave tracking trimmer and is set at the factory using high precision instruments.

SHAPE is the trimmer that set the sine wave, for the lower harmonic content of the sine wave.

VC WAVE SHAPE sets the response of the waveshaper to the incoming control voltage. Both SHAPE and VC WAVE SHAPE trimmers are used to adjust the sine wave purity.

Processing input: The processing control attenuverter input permits control of pitch scaling/inversion/expansion without the need for a separate external processor.

Frequency modulation control: For adjusting vibrato depth or creating clangorous or bell-like tones, rich in non-harmonic upper partials.

Processing control: Used to set desired range of incoming control voltage for expansion, compression and inversion.

1V/Oct input: Control Voltage input for 1V/oct note tracking.

Waveshape control input: Waveshapes can be varied from sine to saw (OSC 1) and sine to square (OSC 2). Voltage control of waveshape enables powerful dynamic control of timbre.

Oscillator frequency control: Spans the audio spectrum of 5 Hz to 20 kHz with no range switching. (The original graphic 5cps to 20kc was only intended and noted to be approximate.)

The Veno-Orbit is a dual channel, polyphonic, experimental sampler designed for live recording and manipulation of audio and CV. With an immediate user interface with no menus, 1 knob per function, and intuitive LED feedback, the module is both quick and flexible, allowing for maximum creativity.

Record and loop your patch, re-pitch, scrub, jump the play head and crop on the fly, and grab the perfect loop with adjustable cross fade length. Turn your samples into a playable instrument by cross fading between 4 layers, with built-in attack and release envelopes. Alternatively, trigger one-shot samples from any layer polyphonically to create textural clusters of sounds, or map across a keyboard via MIDI - play chords with your oscillators in seconds!

Record and play back CV, whether it be modulation, envelopes or pitch sequences. The module’s inputs and outputs track V/oct accurately, and adjustable slew limiters can be used to add portamento. Use one channel for audio and the other as modulation for some interesting self-patching possibilities.

Keep perfect time - choose to quantise to an external clock, effectively slicing the sample into equal length sections determined by the clock frequency. Additionally, make sure to capture the first transient of your audio by using record detect.

CV over start, length and pitch, gate inputs for play, record and reverse and EOC outputs provide many patching options, taking full advantage of the modulation and sequencing available in Eurorack.

A micro-SD card interface allows saving and recalling samples on all layers, with 64 presets across 8 banks available.

BPNYC ZERO Halliburton Eurorack Modular Travel Case 

One of a kind eurorack modular case!

I used to work at vintage clothing store in NYC. One day customer brought in 2 Vintage　Halliburton travel cases. That was the first time I actually learned about this cool travel case.

I fell in love with this space age/spy movie/durable design and aluminum material right away. 

In Eurorack modular world, case is essential to power up the module and also to protect modules…

These cases are durable and also shows your character and aesthetic.

That’s when I realized that I wanted to do make one of a kind case that’s beautiful and original, also strong. Vintage Halliburton case fulfilled all my needs on that. Indeed these cases are designed to survive tough condition on all sorts of traveling and on top of that they look cool. It will protect your modules and you will stand out at the show with this space looking design. You can find pictures of Beatles traveling with this case or Apollo 11 Astronauts carry moon rocks back to earth in a Halliburton case!!!

These cases are made for different scenarios. They are made as for traveling/camera equipment/business brief case… at BPNYC we would like to convert these cases into one of a kind Eurorack Modular Cases!!! Just like Don Buchla was using Halliburton cases for their Music Easel back in the day??  How cool is that?

Here is how it works to build each one of this unique case:

1.finding a right size case that’s suitable for Eurorack.

SoundStage II is a stereo mixer module unlike any other. Completely reimagining what a mixer needs to be in a Eurorack system, SoundStage helps you build your mix just by patching your voices in.

Inputs are placed in the stereo field depending on their horizontal patch position left to right, and placed in the frequency spectrum depending on vertical patch position, with twenty carefully tuned analogue resonant -12dB/octave Sallen-Key filters to give definition to low, low mid, mid, high mid and high voices.

Depth of filtering and output level have dedicated controls and bipolar CV inputs, allowing creative uses such as sidechain compression and rhythmic filtering.

POLYPHRASE is a stereo echo and looping device inspired by early proto-digital delays of the 1970’s like the Lexicon Prime Time. As sophisticated as it is easy-to-use, Polyphrase is capable of everything from rich, dubby rhythmic repeats, to metallic resonant flanges. It is unique in being able to generate loops as long as 22 seconds, opening up a new palette of sonic possibilities for the avant-garde, ambient, or adventurous musician.

Polyphrase features two independent SLIDERS for left and right delay times that can be locked into an infinite feedback loop which will produce an ever-changing sample of audio as each channel overlaps with another. This makes Polyphrase a tool for exploration capable of achieving the same kind of harmonic oscillation found on Steve Reich’s seminal tape piece “Piano Phase”.

The TIME knob interacts with the left and right faders by providing nine different maximum delay times starting at 85 milliseconds, and doubling in value as the parameter is increased up to 22 seconds. Each new delay section is cross faded into the signal path, an important design consideration that avoids any pitch shifting artifacts and is useful for creating new and often unexpected musical phrases when used with high repeat settings.

Three ECHO STYLES are available, and each style configures its own dedicated routing for the delay feedback path. “Dual stereo” provides two independent echos, and they can either be stacked in mono, or routed out of each stereo channel. In “ping pong” mode, each delay feeds back into the other, creating either a classic stereo ping pong sound (with each repeat bouncing between the left and right channel), or a multi-tap delay effect (when used in mono). The last mode is a mono delay - it routes the feedback path to the IN R, OUT R jacks so that you can use external effects in the echo’s feedback path.

The TONE control is a bipolar equalizer (EQ) situated in the feedback path of the echo. At 12 o’clock, the EQ has no effect on the audio. Turning the knob clockwise cuts low end - making each repeat brighter than the previous. Turning the tone knob in the counter-clockwise direction cuts high frequencies - it creates darker repeats, which- makes Polyphrase capable of achieving similar timbre to the storied analog, bucket-brigade delays.

The echo signal can be pitch modulated with the RATE and DEPTH controls for a sine wave style chorus / vibrato, or with a random wave for detuning effects similar to aging tape echos.

Finally, Polyphrase has a fully featured MIDI INPUT that provides tempo sync, full remote control of all parameters on the faceplate, and access to 9 onboard user preset slots.

Ultrasheer is a stereo reverb and vibrato combination inspired by the early digital studio effects units of the late 1970’s, capable of moving you from a lush warbled space to a shallow room through an intuitive and satisfyingly tactile interface.

Reverb

The reverb algorithm is based on the plate reverb sounds of the classic Lexicon 224 from 1978. The digital processing is downsampled to 16 bits and follows the topology described in the Dattorro paper linked here. This mix of legacy digital processing with modern high quality hardware creates a retro lush sound that we love.

Vibrato

The vibrato is a smooth and transparent digital pitch shifter that preserves the full bandwidth of your input signal and does not darken the sound which is often found in the analog counterparts. Two modulation waveforms are available, “cycle” which is a sine wave for classic Leslie-speaker-type sounds and “random” which is a smoothed sample and hold waveform that creates pitch warbles similar to a warped vinyl or sun-baked cassette.

Dynamic Stereo Routing

The digital processing automatically adjusts for mono in/mono out, mono in/stereo out, or full stereo based on the configuration of input and output cables plugged into the device.

Housed in a high quality single block of dark walnut that is CNC routed, hand sanded and polished.

Sixteen seconds delay vintage Compact, inspired by the original looping delay from 1983 . Device topology is the same as first digital delays from that era, with an all-analog signal path, pre emphasis and de emphasis, compression and expansion , antialias and reconstruction filtering and input output buffering and mixing. Digital processing is limited only to analog to digital conversion , memory management and storage and digital to analog conversion , all in glorious eight bits .

There’s also an analog triangle Low Frequency Oscillator for modulating delay time/pitch , and a click metronome generator,also analog driven by the memory read circuit , with level and independent output. Maximum delay time is 16 seconds,just like the original unit there are toggle switches for slow/fast speed/pitch and reverse playback.

On board footswitches control infinite/freeze from the delay buffer , and bypass for the whole unit. Slider illuminated controls are delay time coarse, delay time fine , sweep rate and depth  , feedback and mix. Meet the Instruō øchd expander ([ø]4^2), an expansion module for one of Eurorack’s most beloved modulation sources, øchd. 

Launched in 2019 and designed in collaboration with Ben “DivKid” Wilson, the Instruō øchd has set a standard for compact and versatile modulation sources which can now be seen across thousands of eurorack systems. The Instruō øchd expander [ø]4^2 adds 16 outputs and 4 new sets of functionality to øchd’s normal operation.

Using øchd’s LFOs as signal sources, øchd expander [ø]4^2 adds full wave rectified unipolar positive LFOs, analog diode logic for minimum and maximum voltage mixing, cascaded stochastic trigger signals for interesting rhythmic patterns, and R-2R 4-bit random voltage sources for all things wild and chaotic – all of which are controlled by øchd’s single frequency control and CV attenuverter.

8 LFOs in 4 HP is great and all, but 24 modulation sources in 8 HP is much, much better.

Meet the Instruō øchd expander ([ø]4^2), an expansion module for one of Eurorack’s most beloved modulation sources, øchd. 

Launched in 2019 and designed in collaboration with Ben “DivKid” Wilson, the Instruō øchd has set a standard for compact and versatile modulation sources which can now be seen across thousands of eurorack systems. The Instruō øchd expander [ø]4^2 adds 16 outputs and 4 new sets of functionality to øchd’s normal operation.

Using øchd’s LFOs as signal sources, øchd expander [ø]4^2 adds full wave rectified unipolar positive LFOs, analog diode logic for minimum and maximum voltage mixing, cascaded stochastic trigger signals for interesting rhythmic patterns, and R-2R 4-bit random voltage sources for all things wild and chaotic – all of which are controlled by øchd’s single frequency control and CV attenuverter.

8 LFOs in 4 HP is great and all, but 24 modulation sources in 8 HP is much, much better.

Stereo Morphing Granular Sampler

Multigrain is an eight-channel stereo morphing granular sampler. Layer grains and sequence from the eight available Sounds—each one loaded from your microSD sample library, or recorded directly on the module. Each of the eight Sound Buttons plays grains generated from its own sample, and its own pair of Scenes—two completely different sets of granular parameters; a dedicated Morphing Fader and CV allow you to smoothly morph between these two Scenes. Dedicated Select, Next and Gate CV inputs allow you to sequence the playback of all eight Sounds.

Assignable X/Y/Z CV as well as an internal Random S&H generator, can be applied to any and all granular parameters at once. Assignable MOD A/B Outputs let you modulate other modules in time with Multigrain.

104hp x 7U 4 Zone CV Bus Case arrives ready to use. Just add modules, patch cables and inspiration. The powder coated metal construction offers excellent mechanical durability. The lid is removable and can be closed with the system fully patched. The sleek matte black finish was selected to match our line of Black & Gold modules, and it looks great with just about any module installed. This finish will show the story of your modular synth's travels over the years.

The Make Noise 4 Zone Power Bus Board is a new approach to accommodating the ever growing universe of Eurorack modules. The multi-zone solution is like having 4 independent bus boards in a convenient single bus board package. Each Zone features isolated +12 VDC and -12VDC supplies and a dedicated ground return path. The +5VDC supply is shared amongst all 4 zones.

The multiple section of the CV Bus was originally designed in 2013 for Alessandro Cortini's personal Make Noise system. It provides visual indication of level, rate and polarity for up to 4 control signals that will be shared throughout a patch. These 4 control signals are color coded and distributed across the center of the system allowing for quick, clean and intuitive patching. The distribution method is unlike the typical multiple since the control signals will appear beneath their possible destinations allowing for the use of shorter patch cables. The color coding and visual indication makes navigating complex patches easier and more intuitive. Typically, the CV Bus would be used to share the most important control signals in a patch such as your Master Clock.

This new version of the CV Bus also includes useful modular utilities:

The Voltage Math is found at the left end of the CV Bus. Like the similar circuit on the 0-Coast, it is a small collection of universally useful modular utilities. The two inputs are summed at the output, one at unity and one adjusted by the input attenu-verter. The attenuverted input is also normalled to a DC offset, for purposes of level shifting, voltage mirroring etc. The output strength and polarity is indicated by the Green and Red output LEDs.

A high quality Stereo Line Driver converts powerful modular synthesizer signal levels to the commonly used Line Level. There are mini-jack inputs for Left or Mono, and Right for Stereo sound, a single master volume control, as well as a stereo line output pair, and finally a TRS line/headphone out on a single jack. This output is capable of driving a long cable out to a PA System or a set of Headphones. It is AC coupled with a built-in limiting circuit (with visual indication) that prevents damage to ears and PA system when the patching gets experimental.

Endless Processor is a dual-channel infinite sound sustainer machine.

Two morphable CV generators/complex LFOs in 8 HP that can be synced to each other in predefined ratios, unsynced or phase-shifted between each other. Choose from a large variety of preset waveforms or random waves. The module also allows you to record, morph and time-stretch your own external CV or knob movements.

Pip is available as an assembled module or full DIY kit from retailers.

Nijel is a 4 HP distortion module that lets you change its character by plugging in components like diodes, capacitors or resistors directly to the front panel. Assembled modules and DIY kits come with a set of small components for experimentation. A set of preset cartridges is also available, which gives you instant access to a variety of sounds. The preset cards are also compatible with the Neutral Labs Scrat customisable multimode filter and the Elmyra 2 synth.

Nijel is available as an assembled module or full DIY kit from retailers. The set of 4 preset cards called Nuts (Acorn, Almond, Cashew and Pecan) is recommended, but not necessary to operate the module and so it is is sold separately. BPNYC ZERO Halliburton Eurorack Modular Travel Case 

One of a kind eurorack modular case!

I used to work at vintage clothing store in NYC. One day customer brought in 2 Vintage　Halliburton travel case. That was the first time I actually learned about this cool travel case.

I fell in love with this space age/spy movie/durable design and aluminum material right away. Since then I always wanted one for myself but never had an opportunity for some reason.

In Eurorack modular world, case is essential to power up the module and also to protect modules…

These cases are durable and also shows your character and aesthetic.

That’s when I realized that I wanted to do make one of a kind case that’s beautiful and original, also strong. Vintage Halliburton case fulfilled all my needs on that. Indeed these cases are designed to survive tough condition on all sorts of traveling and on top of that they look cool. It will protect your modules and you will stand out at the show with this space looking design. You can find pictures of Beatles traveling with this case or Apollo 11 Astronauts carry moon rocks back to earth in a Halliburton case!!!

These cases are made for different scenarios. They are made as for traveling/camera equipment/business brief case… at BPNYC we would like to convert these cases into one of a kind Eurorack Modular Cases!!! Just like Don Buchla was using Halliburton cases for their Music Easel back in the day??  How cool is that?

Here is how it works to build each one of this unique case:

1.finding a right size case that’s suitable for Eurorack. 

2.get rid of unnecessary parts and clean up… (ie: brief case folders or whatever inside the case and sometimes stuff on outside)

3.installing eurorack power bus, rails…

*Each case I find is in different condition so they all require slightly different jobs…

*There are a lot of small details to make each cases look nice and function properly~

Cases are already in vintage used condition so they all have imperfections~
